How do you get the motivation for making fresh meals on a regular basis, and not throw in the towel?
I really want to try a juice fast… But have no idea where or how to start. Heeelpppppp! – Vivi
How many meals a day should be in non-puree/juice form (if any)? Is there any specific limit?
I made some juice this morning with two satsumas, a grapefruit, two apples and a couple stoled stalks of celery (o.o). The juice came out way too tart and citrusy! should I have peeled the grapefruit? Is my juice salvageable? -Lily
